IT STARTED WITH A NAME
I daydream a lot, anywhere, anytime. Back in my childhood people around and school teachers in particular noticed that my mind went regularly on “wandering” mode. They would say to me :” Come back with us” or “it’s not time for dreaming”. I was not dreaming, I was envisioning.
The difference between dream and reality is called action.
Have you ever said to yourself or out loud: ‘I wish I could do this”, “my dream is to do this, go there one day”?
Dreaming is not enough to make things happen. Daydreaming is envisioning how things will be once you have set your mind into making the dream come true.
Then the next step is to put yourself 100% into realizing your plan. In scuba diving, we have a moto: “Plan your dive and dive your plan”…
the Daydreamdiver was born long time ago, somewhere above the Atlantic Ocean, as I flew toward my first adventure.
The first time I landed a job as Diving instructor, it was for Club Med. I didn’t know what it meant to be a G.O ( Gentil Organisateur), the only thing that interested me was that there were Club Med all around the world and that they needed French speaking staff. I flew the 7764 km that separate Ajaccio from Fort-de-France. I didn’t think about what would happen, what was awaiting me, what to expect. I thought that soon I would be scuba diving in the Caribbean Sea, and that was my plan.
