I heard and read many things about Lebanon, so diverse that it seemed not one but many countries, with its feet bathing in the Mediterranean Sea, its high mountains, its scars from the civil war and the passage of 15 civilisations, its uncomparable delicacies and the friendliness of its people, its street signs and conversations in which Arabic, French, and English words make up on single sentence. this land felt like a paradox.
